Im slightly more exciting than you’re typical undergrad. There is more beneath the surface, here is what is beneath mine:
1. I am a small town girl, but that does not mean I am small-minded. Yes, I lived in a town consisting of less than 4,000 people for 21 years, but that does not mean I don’t have the city-girl mindset. I am proud of my small town heritage, why shouldn’t I be, it makes me who I am today.

2. I love the mountains, fresh air and snow. Colorado has all three. I lived for a short time in Colorado and fell in love with the state, the mountains, the lifestyle and the weather. The Colorado lifestyle is active whether its snowboarding and skiing (my personal favorites) hiking or biking being outdoors and active is important in my life.
My dream is to some day move back to this fine state and pursue my goals while enjoying everything Colorado has to offer.

3. I’m adventurous. Whether its dropping in on a snowboard on to 14,000 ft high bowl in Brekenridge or hiking to the top of Horsetooth Mountain in Fort Collins, Colorado, I love being pushed outside of my comfort zone. It is that adventurous side of me that makes me a driven person, unafraid to ask questions, take on new tasks, talk to anyone and attempt new ways to achieve my goals.
I hope to have more adventures in my future as I plan to travel the world. I love learning about different cultures and people. The more you can see yourself from different viewpoints the better you can make yourself.
4. I am AUTHENTIC. I am not your typical person, therefore I will not try to act like one. I love meeting new people and having a good time, whether its out with my friends or at work, I have fun everyday. I am committed and hardworking in all aspects of my life, not just at work or in class, I am dedicated to my friends and family and work to be a better person for them. I have a sense of humor and can laugh at myself and accept my flaws. I am an odd duck, so why not embrace it?
